FAQs

Common questions about Personal Care

Can I choose the same support worker every visit?

Yes. Most participants prefer consistency, so Magnus Connect lets you request a regular worker and save your favourites for future bookings.

Is personal care available overnight?

Many providers on Magnus Connect offer overnight and sleepover personal care. You can filter by availability on the Find Providers page to see who covers your hours.

Do I need to be NDIA-managed to book personal care?

No. Self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants can all use personal care supports — just check each provider's registration status if you're NDIA-managed, since that pathway requires a registered provider.

How do I find a provider for Personal Care?

Use the Find Providers search and filter by Personal Care and your location — every listed provider shows registration status, ratings and current availability.
