Yes. Participants, family members and support coordinators can search, compare and message providers on Magnus Connect at no cost. Providers pay a subscription to list their services.
Do I need an NDIS plan to use Magnus Connect?
You can browse providers and services without a plan, but you'll need an active NDIS plan to actually book and fund most supports you find here.
How does Magnus Connect verify providers?
Every provider completes an onboarding check covering NDIS registration status (where applicable), business details and insurance, and we monitor ongoing ratings and reviews from real participants.
Can I use Magnus Connect if I'm not NDIS-registered as a provider?
Yes — unregistered providers can join and be found by self-managed and plan-managed participants, though they'll be clearly labelled as unregistered so participants can filter appropriately.
What if I can't find the right support in my area?
Try widening your travel distance filter or asking about telehealth/mobile support — many allied health and support coordination services can be delivered remotely.
